On new year's eve, 1977, Bernard was uncovered, while working the streets, by hook-handed-producer, who is one short DNA step away from being a tortoise. Though without the ability to read a map, or much in the way of brains, Bernard constantly finds himself linked with the most eligible partners in the showbiz world.
The amazing Bernard McNeil was born, died, and was re-born again in 1959, to beautifully coloured parents Larry and Charles McNeil. Unsubstantiated rumours about Bernard McNeil suggest that he will soon turn to becoming a tailor as an alternative career.
