Joe hopes to shortly accept roles being a surly photographer. Though once famous for "arresting" fourteen people in a mock citizen's arrest (how arresting! ), Joe is now thought to be amongst the most eligible individuals in the world. With one foot in the grave, Joe is said to not be looking for any more roles for the near future.
In 2023, Joe was first employed, while working the streets, by a agent Albert Pineda while picking up litter as part of his parole terms.
Joe Potts was conceived in the family barn in Harrow, to comely parents Bruce and Patti Potts.
