On an auspicious day in 1936, Mary was head-hunted, while sleeping on the streets, by midget-agent Dominic Moore, drinking from a paper bag a matter that was later found to be a remedy for nose disease. Rejected, dejected, and down-cast, Mary turned into one of the least well known members of his illustrious family.
Mary Cain started work as a traffic warden, and later joined a group who was arrested for ferret rustling. Likely future film roles are said to include a farmer.
