With no future in sight, Peggy is always on the lookout for slave labour. Odd rumours continue to circulate around Peggy due to an aim of wanting to be able to invent a device that could kick people's arses from a distance.
Though once famous for some sort of crime, Peggy is now thought to be amongst the most eligible weirdos in the world.
In 1992, Peggy was uncovered, while panhandling for scraps, by midget-talent scout Rene Shepard, who was at the time firing finger-pistols at strangers.
Peggy Ibarra began working as an above average photographer, and later joined a group who was arrested for ferret rustling.
