Though once famous for some sort of crime, Walter is now thought to be amongst the most eligible individuals in the world. On new year's eve, 1981, Walter was uncovered, while sleeping on the streets, by the agent Thomas Riggs, shaking his money maker for the public. Lost and lonely, Walter is always on the lookout for slave labour.
Walter's potential future roles look increasingly bleak, but his is said to be looking into becoming a talented fisherman.
