Andrew Carney was born at a time when people weren't really getting born so much, back in 1911, to idiotic parents Skyler and Celia Carney. On 4th July, 1948, Andrew was discovered, while pissing his life away, by the fellow acting star ismael garner, who regularly shares his food with a turtle.

Though without eyebrows, due to a chemistry accident,, or a pot to piss in, Andrew constantly finds himself linked with the most eligible partners in the showbiz world. Andrew hopes to shortly accept roles pertaining to being a mechanic and an hot-headed optician.
