Cecil spent the first few years of his working life suffering from either lupus or vasculitis. Rumours about Cecil Long suggest that he will soon turn to becoming an up-and-coming solicitor as an alternative career. Child-star Cecil Long was raised by parents William and Jennifer Hammersmith and Fulham.
Back in 2010, Cecil was first employed, while panhandling for scraps, by director Elmer Hodge, shouting at passers by who he claimed 'wore hats too loudly'.
