Perennial and permanent exemplification of the proverb: shake the hand before you plough the field. Smelling slightly of the remnants of a sandwich, Dewitt discovered that talent was not as necessary as he'd been led to believe.

On new year's eve, 1958, Dewitt was uncovered, while sleeping on the streets, by little known director August Villa, prancing in the street.

Likely future film roles are said to include a secretary who is unable to clean his own teeth.

Dewitt Blanchard (one toe permanently stubbed) fought endlessly to combat the early rumours spread by abusive and self-harming parents Charlie and Wendy Blanchard.
