With no shortage of similarly talented folk, she is unlikely to make much of a future in showbusiness. Back in 1941, Bette was head-hunted, while working close by on another production, by the fellow acting star riley yang, who decided then that she was perfect for almost every role ever. Bette spent the first few years of her working life suffering from back pain.

Bette's potential future roles look increasingly bleak, but her is said to be looking into becoming a postman. Bette Mayer was raised by parents Charles and Kelsey Solihull.
