Unusual rumours continue to circulate around Carissa due to an aim of wanting to be able to invent a device that could bring Charles Dickens back to the present day. Carissa Pratt was raised by parents Bruce and Barbara Bury. Carissa, who was once a student, now finds herself without any semblance of charm.
With no future in sight, Carissa is hoping to accidentally castrate herself in the near future. On 4th July, 1998, Carissa was discovered, while working the streets, by unknown agent Mary Wilson, not long after winning "world's least washed genitals award" in Melbourne.
