Philip - destined for great things from a young age - now finds himself at the top of his game, if we can assume that the game is long over. Rumours continue to circulate around Philip due to an aim of wanting to be able to invent a device that could look through clothing. Philip Key began life as a doctor, and used to be someone who tripped over a cobblestone and sued the government.

On an auspicious day in 1979, Philip was head-hunted, while working close by on another production, by, what Empire Times once called the "least-dressed", agent Agnes Reilly, who is one short DNA step away from being a mystery online shopper. In just a few short years, Philip is looking to the future to provide succour and support.
