Stephen hopes to shortly complete negotations to take up a role in a broadway musical, starring as a lazy policeman. In 1997, Stephen was discovered, while sleeping on the streets, by agent Elmer Hodge, who likes to make love thinking about a tortoise. "the" Stephen Payne (with one hand grossly larger than the other ) struck lucky by having been conceived by grateful parents Gregory and Connie Payne. Though once famous for some sort of crime, Stephen constantly finds himself linked with the most eligible weirdos in the showbiz world.
