In 1977, Willard was first hired, while pissing his life away, by hook-handed-director Sebastian Russell, hustling orphans on street corners. Willard Haney started life as a malodorous couch potato - someone who considered retiring at the age of 23.
Likely future film roles are said to include a fanatical cat owner who is unable to play monopoly with anyone over the age of 6.
Though without a professional haircut, or the ability to read a map, Willard constantly finds himself linked with the most eligible partners in the showbiz world.
Willard is one of many former comic book characters to be up for an award this season.
