Unsubstantiated rumours of future career possibilities as an idiotic cat owner plague Rufus, and with no other offers on the table, all options are seemingly open. Rufus Bernard (with one hand grossly larger than the other ) fought endlessly to combat the early rumours spread by obese parents Will and Courtney Bernard.

Though clearly the worst person in the whole world, Rufus has certainly become known as someone you could rely upon in a shitstorm. Back in 1987, Rufus was uncovered, while working close by on another production, by oft-hooded-producer Mary Kidd, who decided then that he was perfect for almost every role ever.
