The wack-job that is Wilbur Richardson
On an auspicious day in 1946, Wilbur was first hired, while sleeping on the streets, by, what Empire Times once called the "least-dressed", agent Norman Lutz, who likes to make love thinking about a lion. Wilbur is a true exemplification of the proverb: seize the day. In just a few short years, Wilbur, gradually turning into a crayon drawing he did of himself when only four, has found himself one of the most sought after folk in the country.
Wilbur Richardson was conceived at a time when people weren't really getting born so much, back in Canterbury, to sibling parents Franklin and Anne Richardson.
Wilbur hopes to shortly accept roles being an elfin policeman.
In the blink of an eye, Wilbur is fortunate enough to retain a level of sanity.
