Newsletter unsubscribe
To ensure that no-one can unsubscribe you from our mailing list without your permission, you will need to click the unsubscribe link that is at the bottom of every email you receive from us. This link will take you back to this page where you can confirm and process your unsubscription request.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, however, it is done entirely for the safety and integrity of user data on this website.
Why do we ask you to do this?
Very basically, it's so that nobody can unsubscribe you without you explicitly wanting to. If, for instance, we instead created the facility to unsubscribe by re-entering your email address, there would be nothing stopping any other person (or robot!) from unsubscribing you via the same method. Using a large list of email addresses, a computer program could be created to unsubscribe hundreds of people from our newsletter (and others) with just a press of a button. By asking you to click a link in your email, we're confirming that you really do want to unsubscribe. I know, it's a pain, but please don't be too angry - it really is to protect everyone.
