University Computer Cluster Tech Support

I work at a University's computer cluster.

Student: "I have a picture on my computer at home that I want to load into Wordperfect here, but it says that it's an unknown file format."

Tech Support: "It needs to be BMP, TIF or WordPerfect Graphic for WordPerfect to be able to use it."

Student: "Oh, ok, no problem, I'll bring in the BMP version."

The next day the student came in with the JPEG file, renamed to have a.BMP extension.
