White Supremacist website in its glee after Dafne Schippers' European wins

The White Supremacist website stormfront.org was in its glee over the weekend after the exploits of Dutch Sprinter Dafne Schippers at the recently concluded European Athletics Championships.

One contributor to the website going by the user name white is right, in an article entitled "Well Done Aryan Queen" wrote this: "Congratulations to our Aryan Queen Dafne Schippers on your gold medal wins at the European Championships. The whole white race is proud of you. We hope you do the same or better in the Olympics where you and all other white athletes will be getting our fullest support. You are definitely a beacon of hope and inspiration to other whites. Especially white females because it is not often that our beautiful white women do well in sprinting."

Asked by Dutch Daily News to comment on the matter, Ms. Schippers was quick to distance herself from the website. "I didn't even know that there was such a website," she said, "if this is the case I have to let you know that I in no way endorse what they stand for. Didn't those idiots see that one of our teammates who helped us win gold in the 4x100M relay is black? I am really upset about this. I hope that that website gets shutdown soon. We Dutch people are not racist at all. I guess they have also never seen my compatriot, good friend and fellow European Champion Churandy Martina. Or is he too black for them to notice?"
