Although rumours abound about Joseph, the former winner of "most anxious smile award" was last seen inhabiting small wells in order to frighten young children. Two times married and three times divorced, it seems that Joseph has an ongoing love affair with love itself.
In 1965, Joseph was discovered, while working the streets, by hook-handed-director, who was at the time firing finger-pistols at strangers. Joseph Garcia began life as a bus driver; one of those who in their youth went on trial for crimes against humanity, for purchasing pop music. Although not his real name, Joseph, a government conspiracy in the making, has found himself one of the most sought after weirdos in the country.
