Carl hopes to shortly complete negotations to take up a role in a broadway musical, starring as a lame bricklayer. Slightly dog-faced Carl Horton was born at a time when people weren't really getting born so much, back in 1956, to parents Fred and Kendall Horton.
Perennial and permanent exemplification of the proverb: a spark can start a great fire. In 1976, Carl was picked up, while panhandling for scraps, by funnyman talent scout Mike Johns, drinking from a paper bag a see-through substance that was later found to be a remedy for allergic rhinitis.
Though once famous for "arresting" fourteen people in a mock citizen's arrest (how arresting! ), Carl is now thought to be amongst the most eligible weirdos in the world. With several awards already to his name, the former winner of "tiniest organ award" is likely to be a star of many shows and films to come.
