THE PATRIARCHY are gearing up their fight against the growing tide of online feminism, and are targeting online group Feminist Frequency, and its YouTube host Anita Sarkeesian. Their aim is to literally make them invisibile - an aim that some scientists say would be amazing, if true.
"I will make her disapier," said the anonymous ranter (all sic). "And her youtube groupies. nobody will see them again. foerever."
The ranter, who employs the online moniker PussySlayer9000 (an ironic reference to the limited size of his brain and penis) is part of a collective #GamerGate group whose ultimate aim is said to be "to increase the average cup size on scantily clad female bit-part characters in video games". In recent months, however, they have hidden this aim behind openly made threats of generating some sort of invisibility or cloaking device.
"It's a fairly classic patriarchal stance," said Jayne Cobb, historian at Laughingstock University. "Throughout history there has been a tendency for men to desire women simultaneously sexy and available, whilst also completely hidden from sight. The creation of a cloaking device would fit their aims entirely."
The device, as yet unseen, is likely to employ some science-heavy method of light bending that, frankly, is probably too complicated for the female mind to comprehend - a fact that Cobb thinks will work in favor of the men involved.
"No woman will have the capacity to understand how the device works, and in that way they will have no facility to prevent their downfall. It's a very clever idea."
Game developers Zoe Quinn, Brianna Wu and Anita Sarkeesian are said to be the most high-profile targets for the device, though further IRC logs indicated that SJWs of all persuasions could also be targetted.
