Formula 1 driver Fernando Alonso is strongly rumoured to be thinking of leaving his own Ferrari parked in a short-stay car park when he visits the Monza circuit in September's F1 calendar. Alonso, 53, is said to be 'laughing mirthfully' at the idea of generating headlines around the world that will sound suspiciously like he's leaving the Italy-based team. Close friend Louise Hamilton explains:
"Oh, it's one of those whims of Fernando. You know, he will take his own car and park it somewhere he shouldn't, like in a disabled spot, or perhaps opposite a fire hydrant. He's so naughty!"
Alonso, who is approximately 18,000 points away from the top of the F1 leaderboard, is well known for his pranking around the F1 car-holes. Last year he was suspected to be behind an incident that left fellow Ferrari stablemate Kimi Raikkonen with only one eyebrow - with some alleging that the eyebrow was not disposed of, but rather replaced on another part of the Finn's anatomy. Hamilton continued:
"Oh, it's not harmful things, just boyish japes. The other day he leaned closely as if to kiss me, and I was shocked but intrigued, and at the last minute he honked my boobs and laughed garlic air in my face. I lived; I learned."
