An investigation by Congress discovered that on multiple occasions the air force accidentally dropped nuclear bombs on Utah.
This discovery happened after a military veteran turned whistleblower told his commander that the extra head he was growing wasn't because he ate bad sushi. The commander told Congress about the issue. Congress then began to investigate. After months of investigations, Congress found no information. They then investigated for another two years and still found no information. Six years later, Congress discovered that the Air Force dropped 22 nuclear bombs on Utah. Much to Congress' disappointment, exposure to nuclear radiation did not give anyone in Utah superpowers. Instead, evidence showed that the dropping of nuclear weapons caused people in Utah to grow extra limbs and to have a strange yearning for yak milk.
Congress issued a statement saying, "The dropping of nuclear weapons was a devastating side effect of human error. Fortunately, the bombs only dropped on Utah and not an important state."
