Iggy Azalea savagely assaulted and robbed outside popular Detroit nightclub

Australian Rapper Iggy Azalea was savagely assaulted and robbed outside the popular Detroit nightclub Ignite by a group of five black girls who accused her of cultural appropriation and acting black. Speaking to E! from a Detroit Medical Center ward after Saturday night’s brutal attack where she was treated for a black eye, a broken nose and a busted lip, the Fancy Singer, who was still clearly shaken by the incident and whose nose was heavily bandaged, had this to say:

“I was just leaving the nightclub with my two of my girlfriends and I was about to get in the car. It was then that they decided to go for burgers at a nearby joint but I wasn’t feeling for any because I always watch my figure. So I told them that I will wait for them outside the car because I was feeling for a smoke. It was when they left to get the burgers that I was approached by five black girls. One of them said: “Ain’t that the white bitch who thinks that she’s black and who thinks she can rap but can’t do shit yet she is always appropriating our culture?” "

Azalea began to get emotional and started crying as she continued:

“I tried to smile and be polite but one of them said: “Let’s take out the white trash Laqueesha.” And before I could blink I was being savagely assaulted. They grabbed me by the hair and dragged me to the ground. All I could feel was fists and feet on my face and body. One of them with braids and a mouth full of gold teeth was saying: “Sing your own music you white bitch. You always acting black and appropriating our culture.” After the beating and as I lay on the ground helpless and battered they all shouted: “World Star!” What I find even more disturbing was that there were at least seven black guys present who witnessed the incident and all they could say during the whole attack was: “Daaaaaaamn!” and “Whoaaaa!” One of them even had his mobile phone out and was filming the attack the whole time. But what was worse was that they and the girls decided to rob me afterwards. They took all my valuables. My jewelry, my cell phone and my Versace handbag which had at least ten grand in cash stashed in it. They even drove away with my brand new 2017 Audi S8. I am so shaken up right now.”

Azalea then hinted at having regrets over her choice of career as she lamented:

“I wonder if this would have happened to me in Nashville had I decided to become a Country Singer.”
