Madonna admits to feeling ashamed of her behaviour

Madonna has admitted that she is ashamed of her behaviour throughout her career and that she promises to clean up her act. Writing on her Twitter page, the Queen of Pop had this to say:

" You know looking back on my career; I have to admit that there are many things that I did that I am quite ashamed of. I don't really want Lourdes, Rocco, David, Mercy and Rafael to get the impression that their mother is a weirdo or a slut or something."

Among the many things that Madonna said that she regretted doing was lasciviously pulling the Puerto Rican flag between her legs during a concert there in 1993, mocking Jesus in her Like A Prayer video, mocking Hindus at the 1998 MTV VMAs, kissing Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera at the 2003 MTV VMAs and wearing that infamous ass and boob baring dress at the Met Gala back in May. Regarding the dress, Madonna said this:

“Sometimes I still think that I am in my 20’s.”

But perhaps the most shocking thing Madonna said that she was ashamed of is believing that she can act. The controversial singer continued:

“I think the worst of all is when I thought to myself that I can be a successful actress too. That was a big mistake.”

The five-time Razzie winner admitted.

“To all those who had to bear the torture of having to see me act in a movie you have my deepest apologies.”

She concluded by saying that she will: try to avoid acting altogether, dress and behave more modestly and take some singing lessons to actually sound better.
