Local photographer, Steve Johnson, was in for a big surprise when he accidentally captured a heartwarming moment between Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster while out on a nature shoot. Johnson claims he was simply trying to capture a serene landscape when he stumbled upon the unlikely pair holding hands and skipping through the forest.
"I couldn't believe my eyes," said Johnson. "I never thought I'd capture a moment like this. It was truly magical."
When asked about the photo, Bigfoot gave a rare interview saying, "Nessie and I have been secret friends for years. We would always meet up in the forests of the Pacific Northwest or the depths of Loch Ness, but we never thought we'd be caught in the act. We just want everyone to know that love knows no bounds."
The public's reaction to the photo has been mixed, with some expressing disbelief and others saying that the photo confirms what they've known all along.
"Well I'll be damned," said local conspiracy theorist, Dave Williams. "I always knew Bigfoot and Nessie were real, but I had no idea they were an item. This changes everything."
Others, however, are calling the photo a fake.
"That's clearly just two guys in costumes," said skeptic, Karen Davis. "I mean, come on. Who would really believe that Bigfoot and Nessie are a couple?"
Despite the naysayers, Johnson's photo has gone viral, with many hailing it as the new symbol of true love.
As Bigfoot said, "Love knows no bounds. Even if you're a mythical creature, you can still find someone to hold hands with."
